Barbara (Barberra) is a star and a saviour.

Meet Barbara, the male Saluki x Lurcher who is the Director of Barberras Botanicals dog. This rescue dog has come a long way in his journey to overcome anxiety and reactivity, and is the mian inspiration for Barberras Botanicals. In fact, Barberras is the nick name given to Barbara's namesake, whenever they visited the house of The Royles (P.S: Barbara is named after Barbara Royle from the BBC`s The Royle Family).

Barbara's Transformation

Four years ago, Barbara was adopted by our Director and faced challenges with reactivity towards dogs, motorbikes, and livestock. He also struggled with a fear of loud noises and territorial aggression towards visitors. Despite these obstacles, Barbara's resilience shone through. Helped along with a lot of love and patience from our Director.
