• We will, where possible, prioritise products that contain organic, ethically sourced, and sustainable ingredients.

• We will not, where possible, sell or promote products that knowingly cause harm to people, animals, or the environment.

Packaging & Sustainability

• We aim to use sustainable, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging wherever possible.
• We are working towards becoming a NET ZERO organisation, reducing our environmental impact across all areas of our operations.

Our Ethical Standards

We refuse to knowingly do business with any organisation or individual that engages in, supports, or benefits from:

• Unlawful or criminal activity, including direct or indirect financial ties to individuals or organisations connected with crime.

• Bigotry, prejudice, or any behaviour that goes against the principles of humanity and respect.

We also extend this refusal to businesses or individuals that financially or personally support those who uphold such unethical practices.
